Stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts recipe. Fast and easy to cook recipe.

  1. Fried cashew nuts with oil. Stir with low heat.
  2. Put Cashew Nuts oil into the pan with high heat, follow with onion, garlic and Chicken sliced.
  3. Add hard vegetables carrot, pumpkin, baby corn….etc.
  4. Mixed the sauce with sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, chili, pepper and chicken stock add into the pan a little by a little.
  5. Add soft vegetables mushroom, bell pepper, big red chili or paprika and Cashew Nuts fried.
  6. Then add spring onion celery. Turn off the gas.
