  1. Put coconut milk into the pot. Follow with Panang curry paste. Stir with low heat.
  2. Add chicken, hard vegetables (potato, carrot, pumpkin…) and stir to combine with Panang curry paste. Add coconut milk and chicken stock, cover and wait to boil.
  3. Add soft vegetables (long bean, baby corn, baby eggplant, broccoli…)
  4. Season with coconut sugar, salt, fish sauce, and oyster sauce then add kaffir lime leaves and sliced big red chili or paprika. Stir well to combine.
  5. Put the coconut down. Turn off the gas
