Prawn and egg fried rice is simple and easy to make. Best serve in breakfast.

  1. Put oil into the pot. Follow with garlic and prawns. Stir with low heat.
  2. Add hard vegetables (potato, carrot, pumpkin…) and add egg+ steam rice.
  3. Add soft vegetables (long bean, baby corn, onion, tomato, broccoli…)
  4. Season with sugar, salt, fish sauce, oyster sauce, black soya sauce, light soya sauce then add spring onion.
