  1. Put coconut milk into the pot. Follow with green curry paste. Stir with low heat.
  2. Add chicken, hard vegetables (potato, carrot, pumpkin…) and stir to combine with green curry paste. Add coconut milk and chicken stock, cover and wait to boil.
  3. Add soft vegetables (bean, baby corn, eggplant, kaffir lime leaves, broccoli,)
  4. Season with coconut sugar, salt, fish sauce, then add sweet basil leaves and sliced big red chili or paprika. Stir well to combine.
  5. Put the coconut down. Turn off the gas.
